Steps that will help you in your role as a Welcome Center Volunteer

- Arrive 30 minutes before the service begins
- Set up the iPad
- Assure that offering plates are set out for ushers
- Get bulletins out for the greeters and ushers
- Know what's currently going on: read through latest newsletter, ask Pastor Edward etc.)
- Check-in volunteers on Planning Center
- Hand out / collect volunteer name tags before/after worship service
- Assign volunteers and remind them where they are scheduled if needed
- Stay after the service 10 to15 minutes to answer questions or sign people up for classes or events
- Enter people into Planning Center (from New Here cards). Be sure to. include their First Visit in "Important Dates" and get their photo
